pak265 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which pak265 is not responsible.
All bets placed on the pak265 sportsbook are subject to the specific event rules applicable at the time of bet placement, as displayed in the sportsbook interface. In the event of any ambiguity, the pak265 in-house rules take precedence. pak265 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an error in odds has occurred due to technical malfunction or human error, provided that such error was evident at the time of placement.
Live in-play betting markets are available on selected events at pak265's discretion. In-play odds are updated in real time and reflect current match conditions. Bets accepted during a suspension of in-play markets or following the conclusion of the relevant event will be void.

Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds in your pak265 balance. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. pak265 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime during live betting markets, provided that reasonable steps were taken to communicate the outage.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance held — including real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. pak265 will communicate the reason for account closure to the extent permitted by law and internal policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pak265 holds its operating licence. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of pak265, you agree to contact our support team in the first instance to seek resolution. pak265 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving a written complaint.
